Are exchanges in every country regulated?
Our list merely lists countries that each exchange accepts customers from. Availability does not necessarily mean exchanges are licensed, approved or authorized to operate by local government or institutions. Check your local laws to ensure using unlicensed exchanges is legal in your jurisdiction.
Can KYC be completed on every exchange?
Exchanges listed under each country officially allow customers from those countries, so full KYC can be completed at any time. Using VPNs to hide or change your IP address will not be necessary.
